Please be aware that once a subscription is purchased, whether it is a paid or free subscription, we do not offer any refunds. This policy is in place due to the lifetime membership benefits provided to the subscribers. Subscription Termination:

If a member breaches the member code of conduct and terms and conditions policies, Andy Laviolette reserve the right to terminate their subscription immediately, without any refund and future access. Resubscription Restrictions:

It is important to note that once a subscription is terminated due to a violation, the individual will not be able to resubscribe in the future. This restriction is put in place to uphold the integrity of our community and to ensure compliance with our policies.

Andy Laviolette value the copyright and intellectual property rights of photographers, and they are committed to protecting their work. As such, they have implemented the following refund policy for sales of digital photographs:
